Our start In the restaurant business of Montreal, we do not present him anymore, everybody knows him or heard about him. He is the fantastic founder of À la Carte Express since its creation in 1996, he is the great, the only one… Michel Lépine ! (you understood, Michel is my boss). It is indeed more than 20 years since this food lover had the idea to create his own company.
