The Mandy’s Salad story started just like ours, in the very heart of Montreal and should soon extend in other places. À la Carte Express, a +20 years story !

Our start In the restaurant business of Montreal, we do not present him anymore, everybody knows him or heard about him. He is the fantastic founder of À la Carte Express since its creation in 1996, he is the great, the only one… Michel Lépine ! (you understood, Michel is my boss). It is indeed more than 20 years since this food lover had the idea to create his own company. Why ? - He wanted to be able to eat his favorites meals from his favorite restaurants while staying at home - and we all understand that ! Have you never had this little moment of weakness, this feeling of tiredness, the laziness of going out to eat good food ? You don’t know how to cook ? You don’t like to wash the dishes ? You want to share a good meal with your family and friends without having to cook for hours ? All these reasons led Michel to create À la Carte Express, and we thank him for that ! It is fact: our diet changes many thing on the way we live, it is our fuel, that allow us to live and that give us the necessary energy for that.
